We felt compelled by God in 2016 to start looking for country property. We were living in Indiana with property at $15,000 per acre. We could not afford that. We had friends in Kentucky and they shared a property with us that was 11 acres and they were asking $50,000. We made an offer on the property and they accepted!! Long story short, we were not able to get a loan on the property but God worked a miracle to where we were able to use the cash we had on hand and a 0% interest credit card!
