Jesse Conquers Addiction

It has been so exciting the last week. We have met so many visitors coming to see the progress of Henson Creek House of Prayer and even volunteering help to clear land.

While canning applesauce on Friday at Titus' house, I counted 19 visitors! Then on Sabbath, there were even more!

Genevieve and Fernando and Carl and LuAnn spent the night and we had a Muslim man, Yasmin, come Sabbath morning and request baptism.

It was such a blessing to meet every person that came. I thought we had a lot of visitors on Friday but we had even more Sabbath. Praise the Lord!

Sunday, I filmed Episode 5 of Henson Creek School of Country Living where we built a shelter.

Monday night, we had fun watching Titus open packages and met Jesse & Scott who came to help clear land and camp out.

After worship Monday night, Jesse shared with us that things were starting to click for him. He didn't know how to incorporate Jesus into his daily life and after we had worship, he said, "I can do this! I can get people together to Praise the Lord in my apartment." How wonderful! He said things were so much more clear after spending the time with Titus and having worship. He also shared with us that he started vaping a year ago after losing his marriage and that he was no longer going to vape! Praise the Lord!

Then Titus shared with us that a couple had come and specifically requested to pray over the land with him and they prayed that when people come there that they would be freed from all additions - specifically porn, drugs, alcohol, and smoking. God answered that prayer with Jesse, Tuesday after working hard clearing land, Victor captured a video of Jesse destroying his vape and dedicating himself to following Gods will in his life.

It is such a blessing to be part of this and witness firsthand the blessings from the Lord. <3
